Four sessions, one-to-one, designed for you as you progress. The processes are generally quick and easy to learn so we can get a lot done in the optimum learning zone of around 30 minutes. The four sessions therefore are a minimum of two hours of your time and give you plenty of time to use, practice and feedback to me, Carol via email or Facebook messenger.
For years we have understood that eating healthily and exercising is important for our wellbeing. Recent neuroscience has shown us new ways to develop and now we can add emotional fitness tools to your skill set. Our neurology is responsible for how we experience the world, what filters we use and what we choose to focus on, our emotional responses, our behaviours, how people respond to us and our beliefs about ourselves and what is possible. It is so important and we are lucky to live in a time when we can understand more about our neurology and be able to shape it.
When we have our neurology in the best shape possible, whatever action is going on in your life you will be able to handle it well. There are ways to help you actively, enjoyably, and easily shape your brain so you can be consistently resilient, flexible, calm, in control of your emotional responses, understand learning and ‘unlearning’ processes and your internal thoughts (images, sounds and sensations/feelings). Emotional fitness also plays an important part in gaining physical fitness or acheiving any goal from weightloss to career or sporting aims.
You can also learn how to use these new skills and knowledge to support your family and enjoy your own life to the full.
When we are working together to find solutions and resolve whatever it is that you need help with, from the most simple to complex or unusual issues I will do my utmost to help you become free and to achieve your goals as quickly and as pleasantly as possible. Total confidentialty is guaranteed and you may choose to either share your thoughts with me, or work 'content free' (this means you keep your private thoughts internal). The most common feedback immediately after a session is'the problem is gone and I feel amazingly good now, and I am surprised that it was fun and much more interactive than I expected, I was in control the whole time, and I have so many new tools and new understandings now'My aim is to create a way of working that is safe, relaxed and informal and to help you resolve things in as effective way as possible. Online is ideal for that as you can make yourself comfortable in your own home. I want to help you build on your strengths and discover more of your talents. For me it's important that, first and foremost, your session is for and about you; That could be you personally or you and your partner, your pets, your partnership, family, group or business.I see myself as a facilitator focusing on your needs. In your session you will have my mind, skill set, creativity, knowledge, experience and my full attention focused on helping you get to exactly where you want to be.
Working via video call and exchanging information through email and online communication works brilliantly. It provides us with an excellent way to help generate ongoing change. We can employ both fast change processes which provide permanent results, methods which are used over a longer period and techniques which are tools for life.Thirty minute sessions are short enough for me to introduce you to a new idea, explain the process and lead you through it, check that the process has worked for you, explain the scientific reasons why it has worked clearly and for you to take in the information well enough so that you can apply it to your everyday life in the case of some processes which are used as part of everyday life. After sessions I can send you information about the processes we used which worked for you. In due time you can write to me explaining how you are getting on and what changes you are noticing. The next session can therefore build on the results of the last. The following sessions can fit in with how you are getting on, sometimes you may wish to wait a month even, other times something will come up and you will want help as soon as possible. We have found over time that four sessions are generally ideal.
