Jay Arnott is a certified Havening Techniques® practitioner, NLP trainer, and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
He has a long colourful history in personal development and changework, he is a coach, therapist and trainer who helps people create a safe ‘haven’ whilst applying contemporary hypnosis and NLP to help reframe sensory experience, shift and clarify their perspective.
