For Havening Practitioners Enhance Your Skills In this Explorers Workshop there is over five hours of video with experiences to try, sessions to watch for insights, tips and inspiration, theory to consider, and new research that applies to preventing, or reducing unwanted responses such as PTSD, or altering neural activity to reduce or stop unwanted responses.
