ABUNDANCING·PROJECT SEPTEMBER 10, 2018

We would love you to join in with this free project. The idea of abundancing is to bring more colour into our lives so we feel better and more resilient every day. You can do it on your own or join us here every day, share tracks and let us know what you discovered today. One

  • Think of something you would love to happen and think to yourself ‘what if that happened’. Maybe something simple like ‘what if I feel calmer’, or ‘what if I begin smiling’.

  • Listen to a great track and either dance or imagine dancing somewhere wonderful to you.

  • Begin using Havening Touch® in a comfortable way to you. Havening Touch is easy to use, simply stroke your palms together, or use your palms to stroke down from your shoulder to your elbow, or make gentle strokes under your eyes and above your eyebrows moving outwards from centre, several times you can also move your eyes from left to right as if looking at your ear if you like, do whatever you find comfortable and easy.   • Think of something that is upsetting you, notice how you think of it and notice your emotional response to thinking about this. A common way to do this is to notice what you are picturing in your mind, and giving the power of the emotion a number, it might be really strong and you could say it’s a ten, or very mild so you could grade it at a one.

  • Clear your mind

  • Listen to a great track and either dance or imagine dancing somewhere wonderful to you
